Shipping & Delivery Policy
We committed to delivering your order within the fastest time frame, while ensuring maximum with the highest quality packaging. Online Paid order are shipped the next working day and are mostly delivered within 3-6 working days from the date of dispatch. All COD orders are first confirmed on call and then dispatched the same or next working day.
We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays during the normal working hours. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies such as FedEx, Bluedart, and Delhivery only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will try and ship your items via Government Registered IndiaPost but cannot guarantee the same.
How is the delivery charge calculated for multiple units?
- There is free shipping charge for all online paid orders within India.
- The shipping charge is fixed irrespective of the number of products in your cart. Even for multiple products in an order, there is only Rs. 100 + GST added to your total as COD and shipping charge.
- Our prices are exclusive of GST (Goods and Service tax) As per the Government of India
- Relevant GST % will be added to your product total at the checkout. Note that GST is only applicable for orders within India.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Express delivery is done for all online paid orders which is within 3 – 6 working days (major cities).
Orders placed before 2 pm are dispatched the same working day. Most orders are delivered within 3 to 6 working days from the dispatch date, however, note that no COD order is dispatched until it is confirmed on call.
Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order, but for area falling into remote locations and the areas where delivery by couriers cannot be attempted the recipient might be asked to pick it up from the delivery centers.
COD Orders usually take 5-7 working days since a couple of extra days are required at the shipping company’s end for processing.
What if I receive the product is received in damaged condition?
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and reach out to our team at support@vrcropcareagency.com mentioning your Order ID or chat on dashboard(Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM).
We will arrange for reverse pick up of the damaged product and ensure that a brand-new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
